We are delighted to have been engaged by Welsh Athletics to research and prepare an Athletics Facilities Strategy for Wales. This will articulate the aspirations and requirements to best serve Welsh Athletics’ goals over the next 10 years, with ideas and opportunities to bring the vision to life.
In developing this plan, we will help Welsh Athletics to identify their strategic priorities, as well as the rationale for investment and partner funding.
The strategy will act as an influencing document, making the business case for future facilities as well as for protecting and enhancing existing ones. It is therefore vital that the document expresses the relevant benefits and opportunities if facility providers work in partnership with Welsh Athletics.
